As I learn Paraguayan recipes and continue to expand my repertoire of American and other recipes, I'll include them here. My focus will be "gringaguaya" fusion recipes - those that combine American and Paraguayan flavors. Let me know if you have a question, suggestion, or request! I may not always be able to get a hold of certain ingredients, but I will do my best. They say necessity is the mother of invention.
